Here is my thought of the day: If you bake your donuts they’re healthy right? We’re just going to pretend that is the case and continue on with our day! We will pretend the calories don’t count.
I had been wanting to make a dessert for my husband but we have been trying to keep the sweets out of our house. I figured if I made these “baked” donuts we would only have a small portion and once everyone had their share spares wouldn’t be hanging around taunting me!
These really are some of my favorite things to bake. I also didn’t want to run out of the store and get tons of ingredients so with the recipe I had everything on hand! And who doesn’t love a good donut with sprinkles. They’re easy and quick to make. You can have them all done in about 45 minutes, I whipped mine up during my daughters nap.
There is also only one rule to these donuts: you must top with sprinkles! It makes it all the more fun!
